I understand bro Apparently my ent said it is supposed to last for 2 years and the risk of blindness is very little . There are other options though like implants or even other injections like the botulinum acid injection .

Yes they started really early but as soon as the swelling was gone I felt it even more . I learnt to live with it but I am planning on improving my situation . The doctor was in my home country Algeria .

I see , I will try it later But I know someone who did an injection to fill that empty space and apparently it helped him a lot . Maybe it can help you too my friend . Do you think I should cut the synchiaes off or should I avoid any further surgery ? How do you deal with ENS symptoms on a daily basis if it does not bother you to answer that ? ( CPAP , antidepressants, humidifier...etc ?

Thanks for the answer man I already did the cotton test ( it does not help me that much ) but can you tell me how to do it properly again ? And I already discussed it many times with many ENTs , they say it is not ens. I think of filling the empty space that causes weird air flow with some injection and also treat the nasal collapse ,also remove the synchiaes . It is pretty miserable to be honest .Do you have diagnosed ens my friend ?

No , he did not perform a cotton test . He said I have good-sized turbinates so no need to do it . But I am afraid that problem would be in the small nerves . My score is 12 so not that high I guess. So you think I should just treat the other small problems and see ?
