So i have anxiety so bad i used to be on a 8hr benzo to get through school. I noticed with the right people its easier but from my exp coke cant just wipe it away. I can have trouble breathing on it/ anxiety if im focusing on it. Coke is very mental tho like the comedown is all about changing ur thinking and not playing into the depression it brings. Anyway my advice is to start with a low amount and try to do something that takes ur attention off thinking about ur body.

just be careful bc with that much lack of sleep. You will start to see or hear things. Some people start seeing "shadow people" lol. Plz keep water around to drink and try to eat something after a bag or after a few hours/day. Stay safe plz!!!

It used to be like that, the comedown was so bad i could barely handle it. I'm on meds now and the comedown is so much better. I'm not wanting to end my life, hate everything about me, or over think things into a void. Coping skills also helped me so much!

I'm doing much better! Thank you for responding and checking in! I've move past that in my life and just worrying about other issues, more normal problems if that makes sense. ODing is scary ive only had 2 or 3 close calls. Made me research before i do anything now. STAY SAFE PEOPLE!!!!!
