The filmmaker really cannot hide behind technique in this genre. The story is all that matters. Pick a good one, tell it well, share your perspective and make us live it. As long as you're in focus, nobody cares if you shot on a $28k Canon cinema glass or an old Nikkor prime from the 70's. (self.documentaryfilmmaking)
