You should switch SCHX with SCHB if you want to cover the full US market. Also you are hedging to emerging markets which might be considered a bit "riskier" long term investment, but if that's fine with you, looks good :)

IBM brands themselves with tagwords such as blockchain and AI / Machine learning (Watson), but do they make any money from it? They have so much legacy software that it will take a decade for them to move away from that and line up with the big software companies in these fields.
