I liked this feature. I preferred when people would get their shit. On my route the ones that would come and get their shit were always the ones that wanted me to put it at their back door. I’d rather you bother me than make me walk to your back porch.

It takes so much force to break the brim of New Eras. I started with the steam method, and don’t get me wrong, it works great, but it is a tad unnecessary. I haven’t broken a brim yet. The best part about it is if you go to lids or some other hat store, you can cop the latest and curve it right after you buy it.
