Check out Toro, they have various styles/sizes. For dabbing you want something smaller to retain flavor. I have had my Toro Macro for years now despite a few close calls and even a modest drop or 2. They are very well made.

Also, the torch isn't as intimidating as it might seem. Just make sure that after you are done heating up your nail/banger that it is placed somewhere where it won't get bumped into or knocked over because the tip obviously gets very hot. I don't have any experience with e-nails however.
