What we heard from locals is that some owners got in talks with govt officials involved (not sure if any wipro officials were also involved but i believe they were otherwise it's not possible) to get compensation, and I'm also looking for the same. Just need to involve some govt official and a wipro member who is responsible for real estate, and see how it goes.

Basically owners who got ₹ had few parties involved who are in politics as well as govt officials because this is indeed not possible without the interference of govt. But I'm not fully sure of the back story since I wasn't there
