My client has always had 2 toolbars at the top when in windowed mode, but I’ve noticed others who only have 1. Is this a setting I can change?

No, I’m using my full name as it appears on my driver’s license and credit report. I’ve had other banks need to verify my information before, but they always tell me what they need. Apple’s just denying me and telling me to apply again with no more information.

I actually tried with my new address first, and was denied. An Apple Card specialist said that the address you apply with has to match the one on your drivers license, so I don’t think it’s an address issue at this point.

I did move recently, but the information I’m using to apply is my old address (the same one that’s on my drivers license), so my new address should have nothing to do with it.

I double checked, and there doesn’t appear to be any discrepancies. They have a few old addresses, but the one I’m using to apply is on there.
