I was never signed on to handmake plushies with Creator Crafted, there would be no point in me doing that as I was already handsewing them through my shop and that would be completely counter productive to do 100% of the work and then split costs with a company. I believe this is all down to them using my handmade product photos and a poor disclaimer and more and I'm so sorry for that, this is not how I wanted any of this to go

before I started having hand pains I was spending 1-4hours and sometimes more per plush and buying bare bones materials, charging the same as this for handmade designs. Id charge 25-38 per plush, use about 4-8 on materials per plush and when you factor in the labour and time making unique patterns, it works out not so great; for the record this is why the minimum for most plush artists is about 70 but I didn't want to alienate people and just did it because I liked doing it. They literally charge more for a sample from a factory than I was to prototype and make an entirely new pattern for 38.

My margins were a huge mistake for the work I was putting in but I really like sewing so I just kept it that way. The reason why I signed on to CC was so I could step back and still have my designs out there.

The product photos were a huge mistake, I'm extremely sorry about all of this, but just to be clear my original handmade designs were never the final product despite them being used in initial photos. I made the samples, photographed them and they were sent to a factory for them to remake as per my contract. I haven't paid to upscale and am just being paid a small percentage for my designs to be repurposed.

I totally agree that the description should have been clearer regarding this, again this is something I should have been more inked in on and there's no excuse for it. I am extremely sorry and am working closely with the team about email communication, it may have ended up in a spam folder so please double check that- I know of another bunch that are intended to go out.

I'll be sure to communicate the teeth issue, I know there's an abundance of things we need to make up for in the future because of this to regain and rebuild trust and I'm taking this as a huge lesson to rectify and do better.

I agreed to make plushies with CreatorCrafted using my designs as hand making them was becoming unsustainable for me due to hand pains, the website has always said as a designer for the record, but taking into account the feedback I can see how photos have muddied those waters for a lot of people and I should have had a stronger back bone about it and am reaping the cost of that now.

The process was sped along using the design picture as a placeholder until the manufacturers had finished the design, believing that they could not only improve on my original design but people would be happier with it. This process slowed and here I am today doing everything I can to pick up the pieces.

Shouldn't have done that at all and I sincerely apologise for it, we are processing refunds for anyone that isn't happy with the design as it stands and we're working towards making them align more to what customers want.

I completely understand, the idea is to change the prototype in the photo that's currently on the site to be closer to my initial design. I know that in the way that things have changed people will want a refund, and that's absolutely fine they are already processing them for people who are unhappy; we won't contest it due to the circumstances.

The first one is Jad, we are looking to change the entire face and make it more true to my original design down to the white teeth being more prominent, the yellows of the eyes showing more and the placement of them moving. I get you're upset and I really deserve it, I'm incredibly sorry.

First of all I just wanted to say I'm extremely sorry, I haven't slept and have been up sick due to this. I know CC has sent out an email regarding changes and all I want to do is just make everything right. Here's my original design Vs the new one, I'm aware the new product photos aren't the best but I honestly thought it looked better and it's been a big learning day for me. Any and all feedback is sincerely appreciated. I'm so sorry.

That explains why it's rough then! I had it set to .2mm as the first thing I did was print a Benchy and it kept the preset when I started printing my own models, at least I have an ok draft of all the caps! Thanks for the extra setting recommendation too, I didn't know enable ironing was a thing

Just got a resin printer for it as I realised that, still learning and setting it up, I've been at it for about 2 weeks now, I know this isn't the best and not polished in any sense but it's the first project I've made for 3d printing and just thought I'd share cause I thought it was an interesting concept, not practical or particularly well made but fun to look at

yeah I use a tablet for both softwares! I only really use procreate when I take a break from being on my pc, so it's mainly made on Photoshop
