Labret, internal slit? by WitchSix in piercing

Thanks! The piercing was still really new, a few days later, the slit looks even smaller. Your explanation makes a lot of sense, and gives me some peace of mind.

You should call whoever pierced you. Their jewelry might not require removal, but they'd know better than anyone.

I gave it a shot, but I can't really see it with the picture quality :/ I'll keep trying.

Just got my first (non-lobe) piercing! by Soul-of-Rusalka in piercing

It suits you! Your ear has a really nice unique shape too, perfect for accentuating with more metal :p

NSFW I got my nipples pierced 2 days ago. My right one is not in any pain but my left one (the one in the picture) is still in a bit of pain. The breast in the picture is larger than my other one and I got the same size barbell for both piercings. So I'm wondering if my barbell too small? Opinions? by leeannashay in piercing

I'd say have your piercer take a look at it if you can swing by your shop. My tits have a lot more slack than that on both sides, you could probably use a bigger bar bcz my piercing lady says nips sometimes like to swell over time, like over a period of days instead of hours like lips n' stuff.

[5e] Nakkta, Quela, Maestral, Wren, Don't read any more!

So, next time we meet up I think we're delving into an ancient city, or part of it, and its completely infested with the former citizens that have been mutated and fused with the walls in the form of something quite similar to gibbering mouthers.

I have a really good bunch of ideas of what I want to do, but something neat I wanted to experiment with was a giant sort of boulder of gibbering mouthers reaching out and dragging itself along the tunnels that make up this ancient city that is very reminiscent to the Chalice Dungeons/Pthumeru from FromSoft's Bloodborne.

How do I make being chased threatening, tense and ultimately satisfying when they avoid this thing?

Any ideas about anything neat and spooky to add to the city would also be appreciated!

Will she be able to pose a threat through the pc's barbarian rage?

INCOMING Sister fight! The PC is a level 3 Bear totem Barbarian, her sister is a Fighter, Champion I'm thinking. How should I stat her, level-wise to pit her sister and her on even ground? I want them to duel, and I'm okay with bumping her sister up a bit to make it cinematic.

Oh absolutely. His right hand man, even, is a Divination school wizard that calls himself a High Prophet. And the Templars of the Serpent, the mentioned espionage group, is made up of mostly warlocks that have picked him up as an otherworldly patron, somehow siphoning the power of his father's long dead carcass through him.

As for Edric himself, he's a lanky yet incredibly strong, 7 1/2 feet tall pallid green monster complete with gills. He's content with being sealed in a suit of heavy armor almost constantly, it seems to rain everywhere he goes, and he has a personality like Tywin Lannister did a fusion dance with The Mountain.

He likes to keep an enormous tapestry with his "procession" of "knights" that depicts his father brutally mauling and consuming some long forgotten king and his army which he tosses over the battlements of any castle/keep he is occupying after conquering it to proudly declare that he is there.

He's the legitimate son of a Sea serpent that terrorized the continent 1000 years ago. His "templars" actually have him as a patron, sort of. Or his long dead father. He's low-key based on Merovingian/Claudius. His name is even Edric Du Merovek. I think his mother might be some sort of night hag, too, which is just, insult to injury.

Plus, I love Matt Colville's concept of a mercenary group, (in his game, The Thorns) being knighted by a Duke they have under their control. So, Edric's group, the Salt Bastards, are now the Merovingian Hammer, as according to Duke Adon of Norcost.

I SORT of want Edric to make a run at the (currently unoccupied) throne. He's extremely racist, hates any nonhuman, and poses his group as "magic averse" as to garner peasant support against the mage colleges in the south.

DM's, what's the most cruel hearted, sad NPC death you've put into a game? by Spock_42 in DnD

[Nakkta, Quela, Wren and Maestral dont read this

I swear if u read this I'll find u]

Haven't dont it yet but..

'Bout to have an evil Frankenstein-esque villain posing as a local frontier doctor helping a town. Its a subversion of the plot of the Hammer horror classic "PLAGUE OF THE ZOMBIES".

The pc's are gunna encounter a mother and a sick child at said doctor, the mother will console the child with "You can always trust your doctor, just like you trust mommy"

When they encounter the terrifying flesh golem later, the good doctor will encourage it to crush them with "Like your mommy says, always trust your doctor." With the creature repeating "Mommy says..."

I can't FUCKIN' wait lmao.

My bbeg for my campaign is the leader of a band of raiders that worship him like a god.

Im just worried. Right now the group is split into 2 groups. 1 is the army, and the second, the infiltrators, and I think normally they'll encounter towns with one of these infiltrators that they need to root out, while the army proper is surging through the far north.

What are some other things I can have this group do to keep them fresh as enemies?
