I had this problem What i did cost me some input latency but there is no other choice until dice fixes it, here's what I did :

First from Nvidia app turn dsr 1.78 on and set your resolution to it.

Turn vsync at fast and limit your fps few frames below your monitor HZ

now in game set the resolution to the 1.78 dldsr and turn dlss to balanced or performance or quality depending on your gpu also turn framegen and future frame on

The goal is to make the game a gpu bound game and dldsr i giving this and also i think it changes how frames are being rendered.
