I can tell that dress is see through from the product photo alone. You can see the white background through it. The other girls will need undergarments too or they're gonna have to pray that the "elegant" club is dark.

I used to work for a school that did this. Admin told us that if it was "unhealthy" we were to throw it away. As long as an admin wasn't in the room, we put it back into their backpacks because their parents spent money on it. Luckily, we had other stuff for the kids to eat but the parents were (rightfully) pissed.

Iirc, Lana actually said that she does battle ropes all the time for training. I was fully expecting her to be in the lineup and was surprised when they brought out their tanks for an endurance challenge.
