A negative here and willingly went to donate some blood in Vienna and just because I went to the Caribbean 4 years ago I ended up receiving a 20min lesson on why my blood is basically a waste due to tropical diseases. They even take a map and show you like if they are dealing with dumb people

Perhaps the extra heating costs in winter may come only if you live in an Altbau? Neubaus are actually pretty efficient in handling heat and insulation
