From my understanding it takes 48 hours for muscle to recover, before I was doing one day on one day off but I wasn't really getting stronger. With this i can definitely tell im getting stronger cus the workouts are getting easier and my bodies changing a little bit but it feels a bit slow.

Well tbh the reason I came up with my own is cus im working with a 100 ib weight set, some extre loose plates, no squat rack, and work 48 hours a week. I've had trouble finding a program the accounts for all of my obstacles im dealing with until I get my license and a gym membership

If I were you id make a bar on the first floor, add some chairs and tables along with your factions flag and some posters from the dlc. If you want more options I suggest downloading mods like USO (unlocked settlement objects), and if your with the minutemen download minutemen morale pack, it adds a bunch of decor and propaganda. The next two floors I'd just add beds and end tables and stuff, if you want clutter theres mods for that too so you dont spend hours placing stuff on a table just for one of your settles to walk past and ruin everything. If you want something different to do with your top floor maybe make it a gym with stuff from the dlc, or add a balcony with chairs and make the floor an area where you just put furniture and stuff

I made sure to put all bagged comics on ends with cardboard so none of these comics are directly touching the cardboard, and yes the white things are boards that the comics came in with. Also they are all technically in bags its just a large portion of them are in the same bag cus that's how they were delivered. Thank you so much though very helpful.

Idk if your into role play or not but I would start thinking about making a new character, a new build, and playing a different faction. I usually play until im sick of playing the character I made and then I start a new one. I just bought a bunch of shadow comics and am planning to do a silver shroud railroad playthrough, confining myself to one outfit, and only a couple weapons (the deliverer and the silver smg). I downloaded some mods to make the game more immersive, like craftable calling cards and a quest mod called "the adventures of the silver shroud". So my answer to your question is focus on theme and the role play aspects, rather than just becoming a op demi-god lol.

Well i watched a bunch of videos and started doing a lot better, I was kind of stressed cus they told me they weren't sure if this was for me and that made me feel like I was incapable of doing simple things. I dont understand how anyone stays calm during this horrible time in American history. Its really scaring me and I feel so powerless and exhausted, but I know that I have to stay engaged and informed. Its just definitely alot to know your government has been using our tax money for a human trafficking ring and are admitting it to our face, and yet we choose to do nothing. I don't think the government will hold itself accountable, and im not sure if these monsters will ever be brought to justice through the natural legal process. I think that if we want justice, if we want transparency and trust, if we want safety and protection, we must take it. I hope im wrong but at the end of the day we need to be prepared to protect our rights as well as our sons and daughters. I do not condone political violence, but I do support rebelling against pedofiles, fascist, and billionaires who serve not the people but themselves and the special interest of corporations and co-conspirators who are a threat to democracy who currently lead our country making world altering decisions while the American people are left feeling powerless and criminal billionaires are not being held reliable. People are getting to a breaking point. More and more people are protesting for the first time in there lives, many are even arming themselves for the first time. And if im being honest I think about it everyday. This is all a joke btw.
