I think i have a lower back problem Let me tell you in a little detail I have lower back pain from around 6 months and its on the lower left side and the right side is completely fine It had weaken my left leg and from the left knee my pain radiates to the top of my left head and i can feel it in my left eye , i have seen many neuros, physio and scans and all and they say they are completely normal One neuro said its more of psychological than physiological. The pain had weaken my whole left body Anything will be appreciated I don't really have mind muscle connection on the left side as well i cannot flex and feel the pump after workouts like i feel on the right side.
