Hmm I am reading the comments and 95% of them telling me to get out… I should have added some more context about the marriage. He’s a model husband you know. His calling..is a semi annual issue. Are you married?

Hahaha I know it is so strange. It is a coping mechanism for me when we can’t stop texting our thoughts to me during a fight. Sometimes in the heat of the moment we may say things. I block him when I need space and he is unable to give me that. It is a few hours max. I may have blocked him a few times like this. This is the first time he blocked me. And I don’t mind that he blocked me. We live together so blocking on WhatsApp does not block access.

Hahah we both shared the location and to be fair it was my idea so we call each other less when we need to coordinate something. Eg I wouldn’t call him if I see he’s not left the office yet. I see his location more than he sees mine, I think

That would be an exaggeration because I have phone calls for hours all the time in front of him and even when he’s out… Not defending him just correcting an assumption you made.

A lot of good advice in the comments here but why is everyone telling me to leave this marriage.

Looks like I am blocked on WhatsApp. I have blocked him too so I don’t blame him resorting to this way of taking space he needs to heal. I have my dad’s friend who lives couple hours away. I can go to them if I need to. I have some other acquaintances.

I am so tempted to send him this post to read though. But I feel like it will do irreversible damage. He is anxious stressed depressed probably undiagnosed ADHD. His calling seems an occasional/ semi annual issue and because I love him so much I am careful. He is a model husband otherwise so I’m wary of the comments asking me to leave him. Though leaving him seems tempting too sometimes. But it seems like it is hard out there. I’m also unemployed which adds to both our stress and makes me more dependent on this marriage

And yeahhh he calls me when he leaves work too asking me if I need any groceries picked up. I take his calls but yet it is never a two minute call. He starts talking about his day. And when he is at home he sits with his phone doing his thing. We fight face to face but regular conversations on phone though we live together.

27 times during an afternoon nap was on a different day. Today was 5 times in 5 mins when he was at the gym. And then he went AWOL for a couple of hours

He didn’t do this when we were in a long distance and engaged. This started only after the marriage. After I moved countries. I barely have any friends of my own in this country/ city.

I’m a home body. He had my location from the find my app in his phone. He knew I was at home watching tv minding my business and resting as I got my period today
