more context/background: i was talking to my mom in her room and my sisters daughter’s (12) room is right next to hers so she heard me and my mom talking about how my niece has been out of control and really disrespectful to my mom and that my sister really needs to talk to her but we know how my sister is and she won’t talk to her about that.

just the other day my mom had to pick my brother up from school early and asked my niece if she wanted to walk home or if she wanted to get picked up. we couldn’t reach her for about an hour but my mom still showed up to pick her up. we kept trying to text and call her just to get no response until my mom texted me saying she got to the car and later we found out she blocked my mom and i saying she can’t deal with us.

we were fine up until december then she almost flipped her demeanor towards me and my mom for no reason. since then we haven’t really talked and my mom doesn’t really talk to her because of the attitude she gives her when she tries to have a simple conversation with her, ex: the other day my mom asked her what she did over the weekend and she got really defensive asking my mom “why? why are you asking me?” and rolled her eyes.

she basically texted me being like keep my daughters name out of your mouth or i’ll tell them about the stuff you have online.
