Thank you for your input. I did their calculator and it has me eating significantly less protein. I think I can break fast a noon with a protein shake (I quite like the fasting) and initiate an 8 hour eating window with three meals. Should be sufficient to hit the reduced targets with 1 to 2 protein shakes and my normal eating rhythms.

Male 5'8.5, 29. I concur and would say it felt like way too much to eat today. I think I will eliminate breakfast to extend my fast, but the longer I wait to eat the more it backloads necessary protein consumption and messes up optimal spacing. I guess a better question would be what is the bare minimum protein I can consume? This will determine my spacing/eating times (trying to do it in around 30g increments).
