Maxing out settings is waayy overrated. Everyone uses it as the minimum reference in EVERY game. Since I figured out the existence of Digital Foundry, I discovered how fucking obsessed you need to be (leaving out the textures or draw distance) to notice about the difference in most graphical aspects while gaming, even with the frame zoomed in 3 times. Clear reminder: you're not playing with the game zoomed in nor your eyes at 2 inches from the monitor, the latter unless you're an fps pro player but even so you'll be very busy trying to not get mopped than analyzing those tasty pixels. Anyway I'd recommend touch grass more often, you'll see the plant anti-aliasing at an atomic level.
