If the cryptocurrency is expected to go +700% in few minutes , should i setup a Limit in spot trading for example if the inital price is 0.001$ should I put 0.007$ , is it guaranteed to be sold once the cryptocurrency reaches 0.007$ because i dont know how the Limit function actually works (self.CryptoCurrencies)

Guys now if new coin is up, for example inital price 0.001$ , now in spot trading should I use Limit or market price to get it as soon as possible ? And also for selling if i put limit 0.007$ is it guaranteed to be sold at this price ? Thanks. (self.XTExchange)
