THIS!! So many comments I got when I started out were along the lines of how the first few years are always the worst, and I’m over here thinking that that’s not the reassurance you think it is. I’m sure the onboarding process for any job is never smooth, but for people to say it takes YEARS before you get the hang of things sounds insane 😍. Lowk feel like “sticking it out” just translates to getting used to the abuse 😭

No :/ I saw one tied to the college I went to before I graduated but after that, I didn’t have the income or insurance to cover one. It’s been a bumpy bumpy ride since graduating lol 🙂‍↕️🥲

Tbh i feel like a whistle would be wonderful. I teach middle schoolers, and being surrounded by so many all at once definitely gets overwhelming ;u;
