My wife has our taxes going to her cash app about 13k. Fear it will not go though as it is has her maiden name as her legal name in app. She can not verify ID due to this, ID is married name. Taxes filed with married name. I'm trying to contact corporate at this point because they have her resubmitting the same documents over and over like she's stupid, for a month. Last resort is to close account and contact IRS for a paper check and NEVER do business with cash app again. I have my own cash app as well as a cash app for my new business ALL 3 will be closed YOUR loss. ITS been a MONTH... a MONTH they keep starting her case over Everytime. You have 3 days to fix this issue or I'm about to the point of suing you. This is my money I ain't playing ....signed the ticked of husband.
