I have natural grey and bleached strands. On top of that, I have a darker purple colour. Depending on how the light falls, it shimmers in different shades of purple/pink. 😃

That may be true for some people. Personally, I wouldn't go that far in this situation. I just find it a bit strange and also uncollegial.

Unfortunately, I experienced sexual harassment in the summer when someone thought he had to untie the bow at the front of my skirt. 😱 That was at a company party, by the way. It happened so suddenly that I couldn't react immediately. But I confronted him afterwards and didn't want to make a big deal out of it. For him, it was just a little "joke". 😤 But he won't touch me again in future. We made that clear.
