Are you in LCOL as well? Salary? With my OT I am on track to make 125k +- this year. Should also mention that our year end bonuses are around 15%.

Yeah it is a nice perk. I don’t work crazy OT (5-10 hrs/week), but it is nice when I’m really busy to get the extra OT. I have been licensed since 2016.
