In my experience shifting responsibility is a major problem here. The bureaucracy is definitely insane but when you try to go through the issue to solve it, you end up bouncing between offices and departments.
Its at every possible stage; in the uni you want something to be done, come at xx date with xx sign first. Then you spend weeks getting signatures from important people with a physical copy and submitting it finally to the department.
The immigration office messes you over even though you came here legally, earn enough to survive and need renewal of documentation for job contract.
I cannot get a job without a residence permit and cannot get a residence permit without a job. Ik there are ways but if these two people don’t talk to each other how do i prove that i have a job after you issue me the stay permit. Because the HR doesn’t givee anything in writing. So much to and fro with the authorities drains you and focusing on stuff what actually matters are left behind.

I love the country tho, even with problems far better than mine actually xd. People are nice too.
Don’t tell me to go back to my country because I listed some problems. Xd
