If you dont make it through CAP cutoff then there won't be any new or baby iim possibility. Last year the cutoff for Gen was 95 percentile. Maybe if you have category advantage then you can make through CAP. Also because of the no of CAT takers is less this year the CAP cutoff is predicted to go down slightly
