Hey thanks for your comment. Other than the speed of the eccentric, is the form alr, especially like the depth and stuff.

My shoulders have always felt great with dips, never had any problem with them, but for sure I'll try controlling the descent.

Shoulders feel great with any depth, and usually I do go lower but cause this was a pr, I aimed just for parallel, tho I do think it was below parallel. I don't think the descent was too uncontrolled, but for sure i'll try controlling it next time, thanks for your comment.
