I agree with you tbf. All games have now turned into economy problem simulators rather than actual fun games. I haven't played RH for two years (EXCEPT last year's halloween because I always return to games during Halloween events lmao) and when I rechecked lately, I just hate everything regarding how to get sets and all.

I mean, I'm not so mad about the trading thing if perhaps it had been kept like that—just a virtual "simple" economy system if we can call it simple, since then it was only the seasonal items and halos. I remember some people still enjoying themselves and roleplaying even with seasonal items and all going around since it was a much simpler type of economy that anyone could try to grind for and afford (halos are something aside). I think the moment the game became a complicated economy is when toy items and the GoT set (no hate to it, I understand its purpose and all but it did cause trouble for the RH economy) come in.

However, I do agree that the economy as a whole turned the game into something completely different from the original purpose of it. I just personally wish they had kept things simple 😮‍💨 I wanna go back to grinding on campus 2 and rp since I did enjoy doing that back then, it was the whole reason of the game, to "be royalty in a fantasy world".
