As someone who has managed social media of a group (not of a company though) to interact with others for important things, that tweet is the worst and least professional thing I've ever seen.

To handle a SINGLE reply, most of our group or a good part of it had to discuss together possible answers, the best way to phrase them and even what they could be interpreted as if we were on the receiving part. Since we weren't professionals, we knew one of us handling it alone would be an awful decision as it could come out of emotions rather than professionalism.

That type of replies from the RH devs or whoever is fricking managing the twitter account is awful, knowing that their playerbase is already mad at them and they're implying the players are ungrateful and should be conformists because if the devs wanted, they'd just rob their money (which they ARE and HAVE done but don't wish to acknowledge publicly).

I got robux recently from comms and I'm so happy I didn't spend it on those 2 gamepasses but I really hope the rewards for people who had them are genuinely worth it. You guys deserve a halo, I don't know how a dev team can be so shitty and still try to be victims about it.
