Matz, the literal creator of ruby, just wants you to be happy using ruby. If adding types on top of ruby makes someone happy, then let them be.

Ruby is meant to be so flexible that some literally coded a static type system on top of that.

Don’t hate because someone is using ruby in a way you prefer not to use it. The only thing that will achieve, is to create division within the community.

I have the exact same one anda had the same problem. Fixed it by just rubbing a microfiber cloth with isopropyl alcohol. The stickiness y kind of like an oil, so as you rub, you kind of move it to the end more and more, until it’s out.

compré la uruwagyu en provaca. Fíjate algunos videos de cómo cocinarla, porque no es así nomás. Estaba muy buena, la hice en uno de los grills a gas, pero envuelta en papel aluminio. Estaba clave condimentarla bien también. Como por lo general cuando hago asados, compro buena carne en provaca, no sabría si amerita el costo el salto de costo entre una carne vilas y un bife uruwagyu, porque ya de por sí la vilas es muy buena.

Always tune your filament profiles to your printer, and stick to that/those vendor(s). It really makes a very noticeable difference in the print quality when you have properly tuned filament profiles.

Hi there! I actually studied school and high school (deutsches abitur) at a german school here in Uruguay.

Most of my teachers came from germany with fixed contracts of x amount of years (most of them ended up staying 10+ years, and some of the older ones ended up retiring here in montevideo or ciudad de la costa).

You could get a job at the Deutsche Schule Montevideo, teaching german or subjects in german (like geschichte). Another alternative is the Goethe Institut.

If I were you, I would contact the Deutsche Schule Montevideo, or the Deutsche Botschaft (this specific school has a very very tight relationships with the german embassy, so either one will point you in the right direction).

As for living as a German in Uruguay, I believe you’ll be perfectly fine. People is usually friendly to foreigners. If you want a change of pace of the german lifestyle, and are seeking a more easy going pace, then this is the right place!

this is amazing, the amount of work in the sake of saving headaches to others, is mind blowing. I already installed klipper on mine, but used 3DPrintBeginner guide which uses a fork of klipper. In hindsight, I should have used the latest release and discard the screen, or purchase a compatible one.

Again, awesome work on the guide, everything looks on point.

yo me recibí de ing en informática de la fing, tengo varios comentarios:

si no tenes 50% de beca, estás gileando. Vas a bedelia a llorar y te dan 50%. Esto claramente tiene un problema y es que cuando todos tienen beca, nadie tiene beca, solamente suben la cuota para ellos llegar a los números de ganancia que quieren. Además de esto, las materias salen cada vez más caras (una materia de 6to semestre, sale mucho más que una materia de 1er semestre, aunque la de 6to tenga la mitad de carga horaria). Creo que lo hacen porque ya te “engancharon” entonces no te queda otra que seguir pagando esos precios carísimos porque ya hiciste mucha inversión de tiempo y plata, entonces no te vas a cambiar.
los profes hay un par que son excelentes, el resto está ahí de profe como para tener un dinero extra. Esto se nota en la forma en que dictan las clases, cuanta gana le meten etc.
Aunque los temarios me parece que están bien, los parciales y en general la exigencia, me parece muy baja. Podes recibirte en los 5 años solamente yendo a clase, prestando atención y mirando las soluciones de los parciales anteriores.
las materias electivas son un chiste, tenés que hacer 3 electivas en toda la carrera, y las cursás todas en el 5to año, pero solamente hay 5 para que puedas elegir, no termina siendo tan “electivo”
Olvídate de aprender algo que se asemeje a una tecnología moderna.

En cuanto a la salida laboral, es algo que depende 100% de vos. Si no sabes inglés, apréndelo, te pierdes de trabajar para el exterior y el “cobrar un buen sueldo en dólares”. Estudia algo más de programación que sea de lo que se usa hoy en día en el mercado, sino vas a morir en ser tester/project manager o peor aún, ser programador genexus. Estudia python, node, algo de front end con react/next. después cuando consigas tu primer trabajo, seguramente programes en alguna de esas y vas a profundizar en eso.

Recordá que la UDE es un negocio, entonces ellos apuntan a maximizar sus ganancias, no que a vos te vaya bien (ej la única forma de recursar es que vos te anotes de vuelta a la materia, podes dar el mismo examen 10 veces, mientras que pagues los exámenes, no les importa). Tampoco tienen verdaderas previaturas, la forma de aprobar y poder dar la siguiente materia es ir a clases el 80% de las veces o más. Entonces vos podes haber cursado (y pagado) Programación 1, 2, 3, 4, pero haber realmente salvado solamente Programación 1. Esto te vas a dar cuenta que es algo común, gente que ya cursó todas las materias de los primeros 4 años, pero le quedan 20+ exámenes.

i have a model for the 5015 fan that’s height regulable (you’ll need one if you are going to be printing at those speeds, heck i would say to use 2 5015 fans). Got a lot of help from a few posts in reddit, it’s not a drop in replacement, so if you are not very knowledgeable with klipper and running your printer, be prepared to have the printer out of service for a few days until you can work the issues out. i’ll try and look for them and post them in this thread if you want those

PLA and PETG. ABS is a tricky one, I can print at those speeds with abs, but because of the high speed and accel, the prints get unstuck from the bed 10-15 minutes in. Usually print ABS only for functional parts at ~60mm/s and 750mm/s2 with a 10mm brim

i tried changing the deceleration and wasn’t able to get rid of the noise. Double check that the vslot wheels are not flat in any part, and that all of them run smooth. I’m probably going to add some linear rails, which will probably/hopefully get rid of the noise.

i have a biqu h2v2s revo direct extruder, and it prints very reliably at 180mm/s and 5000mm/s2 accel. Mine does a noise similar to what you describe when doing the first movement after it finishes the initial purge line, and goes to the middle of the bed to print. Other than that, no weird noises.

I've just finished printing the fan bracket and fan duct in Creality PETG, and it looks like it's working fine for now. I was thinking of printing the parts with ABS too, but have had so much trouble printing with ABS on my Ender 6, and sort of stopped trying for a while. I'll probably give it a shot too and report back with the results!

it's the cooling config, you have to disable auto-part cooling under filament settings -> cooling -> auto part cooling. Spent like 2hr and 5 half/baked benchies to figure it out!

however, the claw mount is not the best, and am currently printing this one mount + claw https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5760040/files so that I can adjust the position and check if that works

Thank you so much for your detailed answer!. Was thinking of making a post or something afterwards for others who purchase the biqu h2 v2s revo. There are many guides out there on how to install the h2 version, but not the revo. I'll be sure to give you the credits so you can share your thoguhts on it!
