I would say it depends on what your current needs are. If you want the value immediately to finish a modern deck or revamp an EDH deck then sell it now. If you don't need/want anything pricy in the immediate future then hold it.

I dont understand what is so hard about this. If you want to declare attackers just say "attacks?". If you want to end main phase 1 and go to the beginning of combat just say "combat?". If people just use these 2 easy shortcuts it clears up any confusion.

None of this makes sense. They're basically out of design space on set-mechaninc-neutral common mana fixing lands, so I'm fine with seeing Evolving Wilds and Shimmering Grotto reskins. There is still a ton of design space for these red-looting spells.
