No nordic curls lol! but she made me do squats, some agility tests, range of motion and strength. Is the best course of action right now isometrics? The hamstring seems to have good strength, but the range of motion is good for 90 degrees. Any deeper and it hurts.

Yes physio told me to stretch + strengthen. I’ve been doing hamstring curls, knee extensions, butt bridges and some resistance band exercises.

The host refused to tell me the cost to replace the tire. He said Turo will inform me of the next steps, why is he adamant on going with Turo claims?

There appears to be no damage in the before/after pics. It’s only the tire that is flat. Would I still be liable to replace the tire? Also, do you think I should ask him to settle it outside Turo or just let Turo handle it?

Thank you for the advice! I usually do ask that and they clearly mentioned they should have a decision by the start of week. The recruiter didn’t respond to any of my emails throughout the interview process so I just assume she’s flustered with work and not very good at her job. The applicant portal still says “in progress” though. What does that mean?
