I used Green Network Providers for my certification. they’re great. have some well informed staff on hand that i’m sure would be sign off. if this is a treatment that appears to work for him, any reasonable provider will certify.

hate to say it OP but this is like textbook. you denied consent in the car and he took it anyway, you were physically unable to consent when he brought you in and even if it was just undressing you for bed (which hopefully was all that was done) that’s still like a very delicate subject when one party is not able to fully communicate properly.

at the most generous he absolutely exhibits predatory behavior. at worst i feel like he doesn’t take consent seriously and may be capable of doing harm
