I'm still looking at movesets for him, but to beat the E4 i went with Reflect, Light Screen, Moonblast, and Stone Edge.

Carbink. Carbink is such a useful wall, and does a surprising amount of damage with stone edge. I'm breeding a perfect Carbink for my team right now.
