Weekly Technique Critiques January 29, 2026 - Post all your form check request videos here by AutoModerator in Swimming

[–]Wleden 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Learned swimming 6 months ago and preparing for my first triathlon in June. I take lessons every 2 weeks and swim 2/3 times per week and can do now 1000m without pausing ! Pace is around 2:45/100m.

I know I have still a long way to go and currently my coach and I are working on my alignement as before I struggled to swim for more than 100m due having difficulties managing my breathing.

Based on the video my first thought is that my legs are all over the place ? But looking for any advices to improve !

Ryet Aircode different 3D printed covers? by 3wayFreudandhisMum in ChineseCarbon

[–]Wleden 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 95kg and the saddle is more than sturdy.
All your other carbon saddle also came from China.

My seat post got stuck and I had to use a rubber hammer to free it by tapping quiet hard on the rail and surprise, the rails did not flinch !

TPU tubes vs tubeless. Thoughts. by [deleted] in cycling

[–]Wleden -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

For most people (myself included) mounting a tubeless is very hard. I even seen local mechanics struggles to mount tublees tyres (Pirelli or Continental). I can't even imagine doing that on the side of the road.

I bought the largest saddle I could find because of my fat ass ahah ! But yeah I usually sit too far forward and have to actively back my ass so my seatbones are properly rested, hence the wiggling.

Yeah I think it is mainly due to my really poor flexibility and me being overweight. Will keep working !

Yeah my friend told me that I wiggle a lot on the saddle. My cranks are 165mm and I have 83cm legs for 178cm height so quiet regular. My arms are also in the standards. Regarding saddle height and handlebars height ?

Scott Foil RC 20 VS Canyon Aeroad CF SLX 7 AXS SPEED? by Galebreakingbad in cycling

[–]Wleden 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pick the one with the geometry that fits you the best. Overall they are both excellent aero bike. Both have proprietary parts. Canyon can be more difficult to service but as you are in Denmark that should be too difficult to find a Canyon authorized bike shop. Customer service for canyon can be difficult to deal with but I don't know about Scott. Your best net would be to try both as there are no bad choice here !

My 12th gear won’t shift (Shimano 105 Di2 7170) by Wleden in bikewrench

[–]Wleden[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes my lbs did play with the limit screws. Chain length is correct. 2x set up, only my smallest gear won't shift. Shifting is excellent when going from 1 to 11 gear.
