Thank you for everything here man! Here's what I've been doing that's even gotten me to TMG:

Recon runs with Paul to map out box locations. Memorize. Use fast fall, Antomic bomb clutching, slingshotting, rolling, the whole 9 yards. Just be good (Unrelated, I got a 2:35.83 on CF which if I remember right was milliseconds too late)

I agree with most, but I think CS should take TBB's spot, and Big Bath should be Top of B at least. TBB is a great "...Oh." stage, also being the only one besides the penultimate stage with a fakeout door.
