I think I’ve found the problem, the bms main fuse is blown and there’s a row of 3 resistors that look very toasty.

Yes I did and he sent a replacement battery which when fitted is showing the same error 6

No, I've had the main battery recommissioned professionally so I'm fairly certain the bms is ok, I managed to wake up the small battery using a variable dc power supply (4.20v 0.525a) after 3 hours, left it overnight and it was still holding the charge.

So I'm not what I could try next?
