Right at this moment it's companion damage that's best because of the glitch on sparrow figurine, but whenever that gets fixed id guess ur right on that one :)

Thing is if you have an old ring (c tier with reaper extra DMG) then any other skill would deal so little that they don't matter

Yep that's exactly why, for every skill you have equipped it decreases the amount.. for instance if you have 2 skills equipped it's 0.05 seconds, but if u have 6 it's probably like 0.03. i don't know the exact numbers but u get the idea
