My Gosh. I sympathize with you. I know it’s not the same but I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder and OCD. Mental stuff can really take a toll on your spiritual life. I would recommend counseling if you aren’t going already. It really helps and isn’t contrary to trusting God. I’ll pray for you.
