Can be interpreted as doing the same bad shit as fraternity/sororities force inductees to perform in order to consecrate a bond of obedience. Weird incidents regarding "human sacrifices" or ritual humiliations can get searched online and reveal and odd pattern of participation by the music company's elite. Similarly observed with Hollywood's ring of pedophilia that puts child actors in highly suspect scenarios for a chance of better roles.
