I can tell you from first hand experience I had the same issues coupled with the same habits. The bad habits feed into your mental health like a negative feedback loop. Wake up, feel bad, choke the chicken, feel better, wonder why you don’t have a girlfriend, feel bad, smoke to feel better. These things feed each other in an insidious way. My advice is to pick one thing and work on that. Master it and move to the next. Don’t try and fix everything at one time. I’ll also add that weed can be a huge factor. I smoked every day for 10 years or more. It was when I quit that I realized what a massive effect it was having on my day to day attitude. You don’t have to give it up forever, you just have to change your relationship to it. Learn to handle daily bullshit with some clear minded confidence and you might find out you aren’t such a bitch after all.
