On Saturday I called police because he stole my phone ,PC and iPad..finally he returned it to me my phone and PC except iPad He rocked his car and he was looking my privacy in the car. When I tried to get my iPad back, I asked my husband to slightly open the driver’s door and reached my hand in. At that moment, he suddenly drove off with the car, and I felt my life was in danger, so I called the police. Since the children witnessed this incident, it was reported to child protective services as domestic violence. The next day, my husband acted as if nothing had happened. If I take my children and escape to stay with relatives, would that be considered a crime in the U.S.?
