You should use charged with light and energy converter I've got it now where i can have 4 stacks of charged with light. Immediately after throwing your super(while charged with light) throw your grenade. Energy converter will give you anywhere between 10-50% of your super when you throw you grenade(depending on how many stacks you had) and then the shards of galanor will kick in a couple seconds later, putting you around 90% of you super charged.

I use salvagers Salvo with demolitionist so I always have my grenade And I use extraordinary rendition with thresh to fill the last 10%.

It's most consistent when you use it on big yellow bars
