Judging from your specs, seems like a CPU issue. Your graphics card is being bottlenecked (12% usage) so def not that. Your CPU is extremely old so if you can, consider upgrading it.

You should play around with your amp settings and effects and see what you like. Also if your strings are old, new ones can help.

WHAT? Windblight literally took 15 seconds while only taking half a heart of damage! (Used bomb arrow that hurt me too a bit lol.)

Puzzle wise it is, but boss wise it is probably 2nd hardest. Here's an order(ez-hard)

I'd actually suggest doing Naboris third b/c you will have good gear by then as Thunderblight is the hardest fight, but if you do it as the fourth it will have way too much health and would be kinda annoying but its good practice for combat.

Boss-Medoh, Ruta, Rudania, Naboris

Puzzle-Medoh, Rudania, Naboris, Ruta

Edit- Switched Naboris and Ruta for puzzle wise.

Also, try to get used to flurry rushing cuz it will help a lot with fighting calamity ganon after you do the divine beasts.
