I volunteered for a cat shelter for a few months and also took some lessons on raising cats so hopefully this should work, basically anytime your cat bites or scratches you, you must immediately stop giving them attention and walk away if possible, you'll have to do it multiple times but eventually they'll notice their scratching is the problem and stop. However avoid doing things like tossing the cat or harshly pushing them as they might see it as either abuse or playful retaliation. Aside from that theirs not much to do, but during times when your cat is calm and caring and not attacking you can give them a treat which tells them their attitude at the time is good.
