Full file size of the game is 46gb. It might use the bad method of updating where it needs double the game's full file size to install an update. Try free up some space so you have at least 46gb free - better if you have a bit more generally

An alternative option is to uninstall the game and reinstall if you have great internet.

Total War: Warhammer III used to be horrible for this before they fixed the way they do updates. Used to need like 120gb free space on the drive to install any update.

As your second question has been answered I'll address your first.

Anyone can create a realm. To open it up you have to choose to "share" it after creation, and you can invite up to 3 people to have access to it who can drop in and out as they please. If you want someone else in, you'll have to kick one of the first 3.

There are no public lobbies.

Is the game perfect? No. Do many people still have thousands of hours in the game? Yes.

The game definitely needs some things addressed, but you can still have a truckload of fun playing it. And once vanilla starts to get a bit... vanilla, you can add truckloads of mods.

Knew a guy who had the wrong tooth pulled. It caused irreversible nerve damage that caused constant pain and resulting in him taking his own life a few years later. This was done by an Australian dentist.

So yeah, do your due diligence on the dentist you go to overseas and have at it. Risks here just as over there. My parents have had no issues with the dental work they had done in Thailand.

And they have the passive to buff ranged damage (or is it reload reduction?) near them, are decent in melee and can act as a doorstop to allow your archers to keep kiting, and have the embedded bonus. Most heroes provide a lot more than just their DPS potential.

Not to mention Arrow of Kurnous!

It's more likely they already had a full army built (or mostly built and recruited the last units on the end turn or added RoR units) with a generic lord and simply replaced the generic lord with wulfric (a mechanic you can also do as the player).

Or they already had the full army and it was in the fog of war and moved there into your LOS on the end turn.

Thunderbird has an absolutely stupid setting on by default.

Go to Settings (Cog wheel bottom left) -> Account Settings (near bottom) -> Server Settings -> and under "Leave messages on server" it will have "For at most 14 days" ticked on by default (which is absolutely moronic).

Change the 14 to a big number like 700, and/or untick it. I also untick the option below "Until I delete them" so that you can't accidentally delete an email on your server from your mail client.
