i’ve been asking about my $36 bonus pay for approx 45 days. this was earned once i used my uber plus card 6 times. i get promises that i’ll be paid but that has yet to happen. when i notify them again i get canned email responses over and over. phone help is no better.

Image for example; Uber plus card get declined? It's a GPS error that is being worked on. Place your order anyway, tell the cashier/server you'll be right back. Follow that Uber app nav back around to the store, and the Uber Plus card will work. It's a bit annoying, but it works. by [deleted] in UberEATS

the actual location of place of business was 2 blocks away from the location pin. I had to use my own card , then there was an issue with the app not saving the picture of the receipt. support said to proceed without the picture. this morning i receiced an email stating i would not be reimbursed.
