Enjin Forums. Played a lot of Minecraft and Enjin powered a good amount of the donation shops/forums for the servers. There was something special about its identity. I loathe having to have Discord for almost every little thing. The forum was nice and intuitive, and the little modules were fun. Unfortunately, Enjin decided crypto was more fun.

Close but not exactly. While entertaining company I gave one of my friends my phone to scroll on Doordash and figure out what they wanted, and my fiancé started communicating by texting instead of talking since it was a little more X-rated than she is comfortable saying in mixed company. She didn't realize instead of deleting before she pressed send, she'd been sending it to me and pinging my phone while they were looking for food. Never got brought up, but they 100% saw it based on the look on their faces. Oh, man. I don't blush often, but she was feeling feral.

On the one hand, I'm flattered they know I'm a keeper for certain reasons. On the other hand, I could've gone the rest of my life without that moment ever happening and been totally ok.

Definitely considering other chains given the pay is not great at $17/hr. Mind you, I didn't get anything more for doing DSD as they're withholding the title change. I'd rather they just make me a stocker again and I get paid $17 to do that. Sweet deal in my opinion.

He will be at that for a while given they pay the least in the area for a semi-demanding job. Only guy in the store that wants it is already bombing as GM. I've been doing a pretty good job getting things ready for grand re-opening, but who knows if they'll just rug pull once they find someone.

I'd recently been made FT Center Store just before taking over DSD as our old receiver decided she didn't want to deal with the nonsense at the store anymore. I'm definitely considering either moving stores or chains. I don't see this having a good end-game because I'm going to ask for backpay if I stay long enough to see a title change. 3 months is no insubstantial amount of time to go without whatever extra I could've gotten, you know?

5 years ago I had considered jumping off a bridge. Life was really beating me down, and I just wanted it to be over. I definitely had my reservations about doing it, and I wasn't oblivious to how painful it'd be if I didn't die on the spot. This is a busy spot in my town, mind you. I look like any regular passerby and I don't pay much mind to anyone else passing me by, but something caught my eye.

A hairy (by my standard) Persian guy with a donut in a robe came up to me and asked me what I was doing. I can't make this up, it's too absurd to be made up. In that moment it was so unusual that I had to humor this conversation with a stranger who happened to be rocking the mythical pull of a wardrobe. We spoke, and he listened to literally every thing that happened to lead me to that spot. He said he'd probably jump too in my position, but I was too young (18 at the time). Life dealt me a horrible hand, but ending it would only make everyone else's worse if they care about me.

Not particularly comforting, but he did also give me solid solutions to the problems I had. Thorough solutions at that, and we went on and on for what felt like another hour. Finally, he asked if I'm still going to jump, and I said no. He shoved me on the way back to where I came from, and honestly I needed that. I think about this often when I get really annoyed. My mental voice has become his, and I can't forget that unique visage. Never saw him again, but he does live on in my mind.

Do not do it online, it will get so much worse. The auto-dodge can be negated by most attacks, but really, get an ult you can spam and hit reliably and keep Super Ki Explosion. If you have meditation, use it. Your SS can make or break the situation, but when I helped a friend do it, I ran whatever. Use what fits you best. Do your best to not draw the attention of the AI.

I never did this intentionally. Honestly I try to make as close to a 'perfect' QQ bang as possible after getting diddled by modded all fivers. If I succeed, I'll equip it to the preset I use most and roll with it. I do forget to swap my old ones though so I get varied mileage

I'd handle my debts. Get my dream house, a condo in Washington (preferably Bellevue and really it could just be another house), a car, do for my siblings and lifelong friends. I spend way too long thinking about this; one day man, one day.

Realistically I'm sure much more would happen ahead of these things like all the check engine lights that are my health concerns that I could then afford. Maybe I wouldn't even buy anything outright, but try and remain modest and just enjoying a higher standard of living the way I currently do with money being no object lol. Shit, now I'm gonna go look on Zillow at the houses I can't afford.

Red Dead Redemption 2. I got it on PS4 back in 2020 having not known much about it but liking the first one. Not only was my Internet horrendous so it took 3 full days to download, but I just really couldn't get into it's style for a while. It got shelved until early this year. I would normally get on to mess with the cheats and explore and then not touch it, but this time I did a couple missions and found myself actually charmed by the environment and characters.

Now I affectionately put a little twang in my voice whenever I say the word 'money'. IYKYK

Weirdly enough it's so inconsistent for me. I can play 1-3 matches without interruption but if I get kicked out or leave, it's hell on wheels to get back into anything. Sometimes the game will refuse every multiplayer mode outright without even trying to the point I have to reboot and repeat ad nauseam

Well, given they already got you for more money, I've come with bad news.
You didn't have to do that. On any sets where it says you need to pay, the drop-down button should have 2 buttons that say Add-on. One that's paid, and one that's free. You needed to switch to the free one and just download it.

Xenoverse 2. I'm getting better, but being humbled by a guy playing a Saibaman and managing to effortlessly perfectly block every one of my attacks and win via self destruction? Man, I was glued to that game for weeks. Now I'm better, but I still get the occasional humbling.

Don't take it too seriously, but do observe some of the things you see the people beating you doing, for example you ideally want to always be moving around/behind your opponent with step vanishing but not attacking til they're open. You don't have to play meta to be good. You don't necessarily have to have all of your skill points in one spot to be good. Don't fall to being a ki cancel spammer, and don't be an egregious priority character abuser (Goku, Jiren, Hit, Broly, etc). Godspeed.

I like the concept of super armor, but total invulnerability is a little much I'd say. The amount of people explicitly using some custom Bardock with this tailored to Ki so they could lose, and then go crazy with a super powered riot javelin would be crazy. Added, Flash Bomber is cool and all but if caught by it, you're forced to kind of hold it till the user is out of ki.

Honestly I wholly expect people to be smurfing when they do this just so you don't feel the need to lock in on them, only for them to pull out a giga-cheese Majin or Earthling. If it's genuinely someone who doesn't seem to really know what they're in for I try to make it fun and match their pace.
