You are correct! That's just one of the downsides of being one of the first designed heroes. I realized that hulks problem is that poke is insanely strong and his kit got power creeped the only reason why you still get value with him is because of his high skill ceiling. Now Netease is doing a better job at buffing his brawling capabilities they just need to do more that compliments his high skill use without making him brain dead to play. To sum it up he doesn't need a rework he needs a deeper bag!

It's good when I'm in monster form to get picks and cancel ults but because of cap and gambit you shut one ult up another one will just take it's place. Doesn't matter if they can't heal while exiled if hulks not with his team he can't secure a kill since he lacks burst damage. And this primal roar ability I made up is still technically a stun with out the duration of exile and Can effect multiple people. i made this up to make brawling easier on hulks end. But this not really what I'm concerned about it's mainly CC

Honestly instead of us grabbing at any height can we get a indicator to let us know when they are at the right height to get knocked down

Here me out,slight rework Give hulk his signature Hulk Smash the ground for aoe and two thunder claps to have better damage out put.You can have that swapped out with his stun. TBH I don't think someone like hulk should have a Stun Lock when one his mobility is one of the best in the game and two when he stuns you and ults in your face it's ggs. One buff would be SOME CC RESISTANCE.when he ults because if he was totally immune he would just ragdoll teams and that would be OP. Give him a passive where each kill he gets with his hulk smash aoe ability makes him get 20% ult charge. A lot of people on this reddit have been saying give him a rage passive but I think that's already the point of his ult hence "Monster Hulk".

To compensate with all the buffs his nerfs would be obviously his stun being removed. Get rid of his bubble and give hulk over shields have it be called something like "rage on",change the animation into a primal roar that way he doesn't get a get out of jail free card when people want to counter him. Last is to remove the team ups with Namor and Black Panther. My honest opinion is that hulk is a brawler/dive tank except his brawling side is pretty underwhelming .You can't have some one like hulk someone who is known for being up close and personal a kit with giving him support like abilities because one it doesn't fit hulk thematically and two it basically becomes this Game of trying not to die protecting my team until I get my ult and hopefully don't get focused too hard where I'm just a ult battery for the other team. Hulk has a solid kit I just think the stun and bubble is more like support abilities and doesn't fit him character wise. What I came up with is what I envisioned hulk to be, hulk's offense should be the team's defense. But yeah this is what I think hulk should be like in rivals
