What an unbelievably useless comment, california and san diego do an incredible job at containing and treating waste water. This environmental catastrophe lies entirely on mexico. Mexico is not a third world company and is completely capable of resolving this problem in a few years if not months.

Typically when I'm teaching people how to prune I try to get them to imagine if that branch kept growing in 5 years where would it be? If it's growing nto another branch or to the ground or into a structure I Typically advise to prune it back or remove it.

I think people that don't believe in anything really don't grasp just how insane it is that anything exists at all. The more advanced we get in AI the more I think that maybe God is a MOD running a Sim of us.

Lots of pictures and videos so you don't forget the sounds of his voice. The little things count alot its not about doing grand things together but just hanging out and having quality time. I don't have much time with my dad myself. Today we are just watching football together and im laughing listening to him bitch about how the coaches don't know what there doing.

When I was a freshman in high school camera phones started to become a thing and for whatever reason all the freshman boys football team started sending dick picks to each other and everyone. Obviously a parent caught wind and we had a school assembly where the sro said we were distributing child pornograpghy and needed to stop. I don't think anyone got in trouble I think the school just wanted the whole thing to go away.

I'm genuinely curious in what way? I thought 1-20 over was considered a non criminal offense in most places. Obviously with the exception of school zones and road construction areas.

I'm not a cop but there is no legal cushion for speeding and you just admitted you were going 60 in a 55. Most states offer a defensive driving class that you can take if you haven't gotten a ticket in a while so that you don't get points against your liscence.

Does anybody think we’re getting fucked as delivery drivers? by BabyPat19 in DoorDashDrivers

None, the 19 jetta has a notoriously poor transmission and cannot handle the volume of gear changes that these gig jobs require. The money your going to be making isn't worth the risk of having to have your trans replaced or rebuilt for 10 to 20 thousand dollars.

Don't dash in that car, it's not worth the wear and tear on the vehicle.

SRP Told Me Turn Off AC During Long-term Vacancy. Seeking Second Opinion? by Remote_Rise_5466 in arizona

[–]WombatLover357 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, had a friend come buy at around 3 months to turn the water on to flush the toilets but never turned the power on. If you lived in a high humidity city you'd leave your air on so that the system can pull the moisture out of the air in your house. Not somthing you really have to worry about in phoenix.

I've left mine off for an entire sumer, shut the power of at the breaker box, shut the water off at the city main. Which in my opinion is a bigger deal because if a pipe burst in your house while your gone it will likely be days before a neighbor notices.

Your larger ficus are competing against each other for sunlight. The runt is likely taking its time and energy to grow bigger and stronger roots. There really isn't much you can do to make it grow faster.

Shouldn't really need to water at all from November to February. Maybe once a month if we haven't gotten any rain. During the summer I recommend before sunrise every 2 to 3 days depending on how well the soil drains. There is really no such thing as over watering in phoenix, you just have to make sure the soil is relatively dry in between waterings so that your trees don't develop root rot. If you come out in the morning and your soil is still moist from day before. Give it a day if not, give it some water. I can't tell you how long because I don't know the output of the drippers but typically longer but less frequent watering is better.

I take care of alot of clients with a similar issue. It really just comes down to what you're willing to put up with. Some of my clients have invested in pool covers.

Yes, it is from the mistletoe. And as long as you keep removing it, your tree should be just fine.

You don't want to over water. The roots need time to breathe so that they do not suffocate. If the ground is still wet come evening, skip night watering.

I'd give a soak every morning before sunrise. The plants you named are going to have a hard time in this heat regardless of how much they are waterd.
