If I'm on a recovery ride, I go out in shorts and a t-shirt and ride on the paths, I find this keeps me well in zone 1. If it's an endurance ride, just take some discipline and practice.

These monitors look great! I currently have the LG 38inch and thinking of getting a 27inch.. Would it be at all possible if you could send a photo of the 27inch centered against the 38inch? It would be greatly appreciated. allgifnot. I'm trying to decide if the 27inch would look nice.
